I originally chose your business because it was on angie's list, so I felt that I would be treated fairly. I give them 5 stars. And they call you and tell you that they are on the way to you, if they are delayed, they let you know. The workers are polite and respectful and know their business.

This was such a painless experience! My husband and I work long hours, so I thought it would be impossible to get anyone out quickly. They came same day! I purchased the original spring from them in 2014, they replaced it under its lifetime warranty and we only had to pay the service fee. Could not have asked for quicker or more professional service.

We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, on time, and competent. The repairs were done in a few hours and work wonderfully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Precision. I choose Precision due to other good reviews.

$80 was alot for the charge for someone just to come out and spray lubricant on the spring. At least you can buy alot of lubricant spray cans with $80. He could've checked the hinges and rollers to make sure they were tight. Technician said hinges and rollers looked good never checked to see if any screws might have been loose.

Ryan was fantastic & friendly. He arrived at exactly the top of the hour. After a fifteen-minute diagnosis, he presented three repair options (good, better, best....each with warranty), and answered all questions thoroughly. He even wore shoe guards to prevent mud from getting on the floor. The entire job was complete in about ninety minutes, and my family can now smoothly utilize our garage again. This was my third time using Precision within the last decade or so. Thanks!!

I want to highly compliment Paul, who came to our home to examine our damaged garage door, and determine what repairs were needed. Unfortunately repairs could be made, and he agreed to provide an estimate for a new door. Paul's estimate was very thorough and complete. The damage had been caused by a roofing contractor while installing a new roof on our home, so I will now be contacting him about his liability and insurance coverage. At this point I wish to compliment Paul and all of the representatives that I have spoken with, as everyone has been so courteous and concerned, following up with email confirmations, pre-service phone calls and, what more can I say.
