Anthony was awesome. I would not know how a tech could be better. My garage door spring set up was out dated and some adjustments needed to be made and improved. Although I was hoping the current set up could be corrected with what I currently had, his input and advice was the way to go. I was impressed that parts were on the truck and installation began right now. I am very happy with the results.

This was our first time using Precision and we are extremely pleased with the service, quality of work and professionalism that our technician, James V., performed. We called late at night and he was out there first thing the next morning. James took time to do a thorough analysis and presented several options to us. He was fantastic! I was very pleased with my experience with Precision. From the courtesy of the individual who answered my phone call right down to the wonderful two young men who came to my rescue. If I could, I would give you 10 stars. I was extremely grateful that my garage was repaired in one afternoon, considering that I made the initial phone call after 12:00 noon. Kevin and the young man who assisted were courteous and helpful and determined to solve the problem with the door. It will be necessary to purchase a new door a little bit down the road, but there will need to be repair done to my garage floor before that will be possible. I will most definitely be calling on Precision when that day comes. Many times, an elderly woman can be taken advantage of by unscrupulous people, and it restores my faith to be treated with such respect and kindness shown to me by Kevin and his partner. Your company is very fortunate to have these two young men representing you. I chose Precision because I was impressed by your web site, promising a human being would answer the phone and your presence in Madison County. Good job.

Next day appointment for service and install of new garage door opener. Technician, Kevin, was on time, professional and strictly adhered to COVID protection protocol. He was knowledgeable about the product, repairs and skilled in the installation. I am very happy with the new opener and excellent service. I believe the price was fair for the service, too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work done. The installer that was at my house was very polite, professional and communicated real well about everything he was doing. He explained things when it was necessary to be explained and got the job done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the installer that was sent to my house to do the work that was needed. They didn't force anything on me that I didn't want but did offer suggestions and reasoning behind why that specific thing needed to be done. Will gladly use them again if I need anymore work done in the future.

My door starting acting up on a Friday evening, I called Precision Saturday morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician at my home. Drew diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and presented several opinions after clearly explaining what was causing my issue. Once I had chosen how I wanted to proceed, Drew quickly fixed my unit. I am very happy with the service provided and by the professionalism Drew Thatcher demonstrated. I highly recommend this company!

James came to our house to fix a busted spring and he informed us that we should have a 2 spring system instead of the one due to the bigger heavier door. He gave us a quote which was higher than what we had liked but once we thought about it the quote was reasonable given the fact he had to replace the torsion bar, drums and and 2 new springs. James was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thanks James and thanks to Precision.

I chose this company in part because of the number of high customer reviews posted on the website. Both garage door springs broke at the same time late Friday evening, while both cars were in the garage. No way to get the cars out of the garage. I called Precision and was able to schedule a repair on the following day, Saturday afternoon. The technician showed up on time and 90 minutes later all was repaired. Pascal was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions, and most importantly, he repaired the door to my satisfaction at a fair price. I recommend Precision.
