tech was very friendly. He did a through inspection of the door and provided me with a list of options. We opted to just replace the rollers at this time and to tighten the rail bracket on one side. Tech did a very good job

I was searching for a company with positive reviews when I came across Precision among the top results on Google. I called, and the representative I spoke with was fantastic and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home for the service, but my partner was and mentioned that our technician, Josh B., was both professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what needed fixing and what might require replacement in the future. The service was quick, and we had no idea how much work our garage needed, but Josh completed everything in just an hour on the same day! We truly appreciate the excellent service!

Our spring broke this morning and Ben H was on the job that afternoon. He assessed the problem, provided estimates for a fix as well as suggestions to replace parts that had worn. He worked efficiently and was polite and personable. Will use them the next one of the doors fails!

Orlando did a great job installing 2 new garage door openers. He walked me through the options available and helped me choose the right opener for my doors. He was very friendly, explained everything, and completed the work quickly. He even took the time to program my outdoor keypad and the buttons in my car.

I've used Precision for about a year now and have always been impressed with their response time. Kevin spent lots of time understanding the problem and explained the solutions he would use to correct it. Even making a suggestion to help with the problem. But never any pressure to buy anything. I had an awful experience last year with another garage door company but found Precision had great reviews. They had a Saturday appointment available that worked with my work schedule. Teddy Forman was my service technician and he and Eric did a wonderful job. They were compassionate about my last experience and worked hard to ensure this time my experience would be good! Night and Day! They were professional and efficient and did quality work for a more than reasonable price. They left their work space clean and were so friendly and my result was great. I highly recommend this company!

I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I decided that I wanted to add a key pad. When I called late last week I was astonished to learn I could get an appointment on Sunday afternoon! The tech who came, Joey H., was very personable, clearly explained what I needed, and installed it on the spot. He also inspected, adjusted, and lubricated my garage door since he was here. I am 100% satisfied and impressed with the service I received.
