He explained the repair work that was needed to fix the damages, and he was transparent on the cost associated with each component needing repaired. We thought that we would have to reschedule another day and time for the work to be completed. After diagnosing the issue, they communicate what needs to be done with price quote and approximate completion time. We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call. Tony D. called when he was on his way and was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes and then looked at both doors to make sure that all was in good order. When we need more work done, I'll be sure to ask for Tony.
