Our garage opener was starting to show its age. Elliott looked at it and recommended we consider a new motor and an adjustment to the springs. We had him do the work. He made the garage cleaner than when he arrived. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. The door opens softly and quietly. We could not be happier.

I chose Precision because they had given us excellent service a few years ago. Isaac was our repair person today, and he was well trained, personable, and efficient. And he smiled all the time. Since he seemed to be happy the entire time he was here, I asked him if he liked his job with Precision. His immediate response was “Yes. I love to fix things.” And he DID fix things with our opener, and he kept me well informed.

Unexpected repairs are never fun, but precision garage door helped as much as they could buy coming out the very next day, had the parts they needed on hand and made the repairs on the first visit. This was my first experience with Precision and I'm so happy with my experience! Tony went through every aspect of my garage door mechanics, explaining how they worked and why my 20 year old garage door could possibly fail without some updating. He went through each component allowing me to decide on what would fit in my budget but still accomplish my needs. Andrew did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. My only issue is that the rubber piece that fits on the bottom of the garage door was just replaced in May of 2023…I don’t think I should have been charged for another one…very disappointed! Thank you.

I’m always happy with the service your company provides. You’re always upfront with explaining everything. Orlando came out today and was very kind and helpful and fixed the problem I was having. I am however a little disappointed in hearing today that the opener I bought 2 years ago from your company should be replaced. I declined to replace it because I don’t have the funds to pay for it and I didn’t want to put it on my credit card and have the extra payment.
