Recommended by several friends. Crew was on time, explained issues with the installation of hardware, and resulting current and future problems. I was given several options on how to fix broken 2 door garage opener and the additional single garage door opener. all springs were replaced as well has hardware that holds up the springs and the garage door opener. The rollers were origian plasitc ones so all rollers replaced. the crew were good communicators and also cleaned up nicely

I booked my own appointment online for same day service. I was called back promptly and a repairman showed up during my 2 hour window as promised. He was polite and professional. Broken opener was replaced pretty quick. He also oiled both existing doors to help eliminate future problems.

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday. I went online, scheduled the appointment for 8-10am the next day (Monday) and Josh showed up on time and installed our new springs. It was that easy, but it didn't stop there. We've needed a new garage door opener unit/motor for the past few years, as our old one was near end of life after 15 years of use. Josh showed me the options, of which he had all in the truck, and installed our new motor - all under 1 hour. It's the most quite opener I've ever heard (or can barely hear I should say). Precision not only lived up to expectations, but exceeded them in service, professionalism, clean-up after installation, and value.

From beginning to end Precision Garage Doors made having our garage door fixed as easy as possible. From broken door to fixed in less than 24 hours. Scheduling was easy and well after “business hours”. I received a time window of service and was notified when the technician was on his way. Andrew was amazing! He was professional, kind and explained every part of the door system and how they worked together. He explained what needed to be replaced to get the door working and made another suggestion based on aging parts but never pressured us to pay for more than what we needed. He helped program the new motor to our cars as well as help set up the app. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend every time!

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Drew. Our garage door is 27 years old and had more issues than I realized—broken spring, bent bar, broken wheels, bent track, and even a missing center bearing. Despite all that, the technician tackled each problem with patience, skill, and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, not just patched up. He explained the repairs clearly, had all the parts needed, and worked efficiently to get the door back in top shape. It now works better than I have ever seen it.
