Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. After the repair things are working better than they ever have. Highly recommend!

Brandon did a fantastic job at helping us understand what issues he was seeing with our door's springs and drums. He made it easy for us to make an informed decision to have our springs and drums replaced as our originals installed by Pulte were fairly limited in their abilities and had seemingly ran out of usability. Brandon was really easy to talk to, not condescending at all with what we didn't know, and just an overall great person to deal with. Thanks guys!

Zeke came out today to repair my garage door after I inadvertently backed into it. He was very professional, kept me informed while he was troubleshooting and very honest. My garage door is old and will need to be replaced within the next six months, that I was well aware of before the service call. That being said, he did not pressure me to purchase a new door today and was able to fix temporarily until I'm able to purchase a new door. He also gave he a couple quotes of doors, for when I'm ready to purchase. His professionalism and honesty will most assuredly have me purchase from Precision when I'm ready. Thank you for the great service today Zeke. Precision - you have a good one there, but I'm sure you already know that.

Our Garage door was working sometimes and sometimes it would, Josh with precision was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He found other issues that might have caused problems later down the road as well. Vladimir was personable, efficient and very helpful. He diagnosed the issue, presented several options for repair and worked with me to get to an amount I was comfortable paying for the service. He even moved a large box into the house for me and jump started my car to put it outside for the repair service. Highly recommend him and Precision.

Everything about my experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent! This includes my initial call and inquiry. I was given an appointment the next morning! There was no extra charge for a Saturday appointment. Cole P took very good care of me. He phoned me within the arrival time. He was courteous and respectful. He gave me options and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt confident in the choices that I made. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I am a very happy customer.
