Ty was so very friendly and walked me through everything needed to be done to get my garage door working. He worked in the cold weather as well but got it fixed. You better hold on to him, he is a great asset to Garage Door Indianapolis. I will definitely use you again the next time!

Precision Garage Door immediately provided great service when our garage door spring broke & our door was also damaged. Teddy & Dakota arrived that same afternoon to replace the spring, then we decided to buy a new insulated garage door, too. They were great in discussing our garage door options to suit our needs, while repairing our current problem. I would give more than 5 stars if they were available. From the ladies on the phone to our service technician, Brandon R., we couldn't be more pleased. The lady from the office (sorry can't remember her name) kept us informed of the arrival time and made sure we were ok with a possible delay. Brandon arrived well inside the 2-hour window and listened when I explained our problem. He knew what our problem was right away explained solutions and gave us the choice of repair options and the timing to do the repairs. We didn't feel pressured on any decisions. I chose Precision because it had a local office and I had received an ad with a coupon for a service call if repair work was done. The technician who came promptly was very pleasant and listened carefully to my description of the problem. (Sorry, I don’t remember his name) . His diagnosis of the problem was quick and accurate. I had worked on the unit before and thought I knew where to look first. I was dead wrong. The repair was quick and the bill less than what I had expected. thanks for a job well done. JG

Service was incredibly good! I’d give it 10 stars. Initial phone call was answered very promptly and professionally. An appointment was set up for the next day (amazing), and Elliot the technician who came to our home was fantastic. We moved into an old home one month ago and two garage doors weren’t functioning. Elliot had to make several repairs/adjustments and got the doors working smoothly even though it was a cold snowy day. He could not have been more personable and professional.

He let me know that even though my door is an older, wooden, and a bit worn...it was still operable. I decided to get a new opener and wait to replace the door at a later time. Our garage door mechanism decided to call it a day with a car stuck inside. I got an appointment and right at the scheduled time, Orlando was at my door ready to help. He quickly identified that my mechanism was over 22 years old and multiple parts failed. He walked me through the issue and provided multiple options to fix it. Once we decided on a route, he sprung into action and had it fixed within an hour. He was incredibly professional and polite the entire time, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Overall, I’m very happy I reached out to Precision.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision and specifically the gentleman, Eric M, that came out to do the work. When I called due to an ongoing issue with my garage door, they were able to get a technician out within 2 hours. Eric stayed through a snowstorm to complete the work and ensure I was fully satisfied with the results. Eric was incredibly professional, explained my options, and completed the work to a high standard. I will definitely recommend Precision in the future.

I cannot say how happy I am with Precision Garage Door, and with Kevin, the technician who did my work. I was really happy even before anyone showed up, though, because I found out when I first called that the service call price was literally HALF the price of the company I called first. In addition, the other company couldn’t offer less than a FIVE hour window for when they would show up, but Precision offered a three hour window. So I was already happy when Kevin came at 10am. He was polite, efficient, and professional. He was also personable and had a great attitude. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without delay. He displayed creative problem-solving talent and also offered further possible solutions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone! Thank you!!

I called on Saturday around 11am and scheduled an appointment for morning on Sunday. Within an hour, I received a notification that someone could be out by 3pm. The technician was friendly, professional, and finished the installation before 5pm. He installed a new chain, motor, sensors, openers, and programmed it all. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service and expertise provided to us.

My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!
