Technician called ahead when running late. Examined door and component parts to see why it wouldn't stay up when operator was disconnected. Explained exactly what the cure would be and how much it would cost. Tech was very well spoken and thorough in his explanation and work performed. Everything was repaired as explained and the price was in line with the estimate. It was a good experience for me in total. Eric should be complimented. I will use your company again.

Tony came out today to fix my garage door after my kids left a broom under it and broke it a couple years back. He was fast, informative and quite knowledgeable. If I knew I could’ve had a working door for under $250. I would’ve done it years ago! Also wanted to say thank you Tony for helping me save my drowning goldfish - you’re the best! (He just said hi to my cat and pet him and made my cat’s day. I just thought this was funnier.)

Very satisfactory experience with this company. I received an email letting me know that Brandon, the technician sent was on his way,then Brandon himself called and confirmed when he would be arriving. When Brandon got here he was very out going and friendly,yet very professional also and you could tell he knew what he was talking about and doing. He walked me through what he was going to do to replace the door spring and also pointed out some other things that would cause future problems over time. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be sure to call them again for any work to be done on the garage door in the future.

I must say, this repair was one of the best experiences I ever had. Colin, our tech, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Colin explained all of the processes he took to determine what our garage door repair needed. It was determined that the springs a roller and a hinge needed to be replaced, The repairs were completed without issue and our door is working better than it had been since we moved in 3 years ago.
