When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind! He explained everything in language that us older folks could grasp. We had multiple repair options and with Drew (and Mickey’s) help - we chose the options that made the most sense. I feel like these repairs will last a good long while and we have a sturdy and very functional garage door! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Cole was our technician and he was great! He had fantastic customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and explained in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything extra at any point and very clearly laid out what needed to be fixed. They also worked with me on timing to help me get same day service at a time that worked for me and gave me updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Marquis was awesome. He gave us an honest evaluation on the damages with our garage door components. He explained the repair work that was needed to fix the damages, and he was transparent on the cost associated with each component needing repaired. We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call. Tony D. called when he was on his way and was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes and then looked at both doors to make sure that all was in good order. When we need more work done, I'll be sure to ask for Tony.
