My garage door would not open on Thursday, I didn’t know what to do? I looked online and saw Precision, so many great reviews I knew I had to try them out. I went on their website and booked through the online booking Sunday, they had a spot for the next morning! Scott M. came out and carefully inspected my door, he then told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix! After we spoke about that he then went to work and completed the job in no time! Now my garage door opens and closes perfectly, and it is whisper quiet! Thank you so much Scott M. and Precision for all of your help!

Friendly, explained what he was to do, didn't try to persuade me, only informed me. The sealing around the garage door was replaced and the padding under the door also.

I was a repeat customer but had a terrible experience from loosing my new remote to damaging my brand new $800 bike, my garage left in total mess and the weather strip is not on straight. Did I mention it took 6 hours for a one car garage to be installed. Also. The door was supposed to match my neighbors and it’s not. I’m totally unhappy with my experience.

Wonderful service and Brandon explained all charges and offerings. He is a great representative of your company-friendly and very efficient.
