Service was great. Mike was very nice and explained to me my options and worked through the kinks that occurred during installation. I have no idea if the price was high or not but seemed fair. I would recommend them to others.

Initially called with a sudden door failure to open. Service tech Joey, was fortunately able to come much earlier than scheduled. He quickly diagnosed broken springs as the cause and I also mentioned loud squealing from both doors that was only temporarily resolved with lubricant. His analysis of the damage, as well as failing parts, was very thorough. Was provided both repair & refurbishment options with no up sell pressure. I elected to have my 20+ year door mechanicals refurbished, along with the spring repair and they function as smoothly & quietly as I can ever recall. Long overdue! Great warranty & reasonable price for all the work I had completed, and done in only a few hours. Joey was polite & professional, and was very knowledgeable of and competent in his work. I highly recommend him & the company!

Prior to my appointment, I received a courtsey call from Tony D informing me he was in route to my home to service my garage door. Tony D was very professional by phone and when he arrived at home. Tony D was patient, knowledgeable and thorough during his visit with me. I was given different options of replacement springs to put on my garage door and Tony D did not attempt to oversell me on any products. He was very honest about the parts on my garage door being in good condition and was honest about what I needed. I would definitely recommmend Pricision Door to my family and friends. I would definitely request Tony D for any future garage door repairs if needed. Tony D also had a great personality which made my experience greater.

Our garage door broke, and Precision Garage Door was able to get a tech out in a couple of hours. Josh replaced the opener, explained its operation, programmed the remote, the keypad and our car’s remote. He was pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them in the future.

I called Precision to replace the seal under our garage door. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. She said a tech would be there that same afternoon between 12 and 2. Austin showed up at 12:01! After replacing the seal, Austin inspected our garage door and advised the cables and springs had limited life. Precision replaced many parts in 2011. After showing me the situation, I decided to go ahead with repairs as we are planning to sell our home in the near future. Austin was very professional, worked hard to install the parts, and has a can do attitude. I would highly recommend Precision Door to those in need.

We have used Precision Garage Door service for years, upgrading from the original garage doors and simple opener to the "green fittings" that last longer than the basic ones. Now we have a garage door opener that we can open and shut from anywhere in the country, and if the power is down (again) the battery backup can open and shut it many times. This time the key pad died and Precision had to replace it. Garage Doors are one of the devices that one simply expects to work when a button is pushed. When they don't work, Precision will figure out why and get it working! Their response time is very rapid as well.

Eric M was my service Tech, I needed 1 door spring replaced. Ended up getting both replaced as he informed me (It's pretty much a given the other will probably break soon) He also checked the motor, door, rollers. Very thorough while here. I contacted Precision garage doors mainly due to advertising I have seen, as well as a recommendation from my son. I was disappointed that the drive belt for my 23 year old opener wasn’t available, but I am extremely pleased with newly installed one.
