Kevin was very professional. Pointed out all parts that could used replaced but didn't try to high pressure me. Fixed what I felt necessary today. Door working fine right now. Would call Precision again. Felt they were a reputable co. A lot to do with the way Kevin handled the call.

Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews. I thought it was a nice touch when the confirmation text gave me a brief bio on the technician, Joey. He was there bright and early the next morning, and was great to work with. He had everything he needed to get me going agian. Thanks, Precesion for bailing me out.

I was very impressed with the technician. He explained in detail everything that needed replaced, which things that could wait, options on different equipment. Once I decided, he went onto completed the job. After he took me thru everything. How to operate new features. I’m very pleased with the job.

Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. After the repair things are working better than they ever have. Highly recommend!

Our Garage door was working sometimes and sometimes it would, Josh with precision was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He found other issues that might have caused problems later down the road as well. This is the kind of service I prefer and i hope this is helpful to anyone that may be skeptical about reading reviews. This is a real customer and today is 12/10/24 And it’s 1:49 pm. Wow, have never used Precision before . Our 3 year old Door we purchased from another company malfunctioned on a Sunday. Precision was the only company answering heir Phone. Zeke was out in Less than 1 hour and did an amazing job, it was a simple but time consuming repair and my door is better than new, and quieter than before . Highly Recommended!

The spring on our garage door broke and I called the company on the sticker on the door, as they had installed it in a new build. They could not come out that day but I asked them about upgrading the spring and was told a manager would call me. He did and admitted that the system was low quality, due to it being the builders choice, but suggested to get what I asked about, I should replace the door and the system. I was talking with a neighbor who recommended I call Precision, as he had used them before. I did and Patrick F. was able to come out that afternoon. I asked him about upgrading the spring and he explained that other components would need to be upgraded to do this. He presented me with 3 options and explained each one, without any pressure. Patrick felt that there was no need to replace the door. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I am so glad I took my neighbor's advice and went with Precision.

Our service agent, Royal, was beyond fantastic! Our door broke in the evening, so we had an emergency on our hands. He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home. He quickly repaired our door and replaced the parts needed. He discovered another small issue and gladly fixed it without charging me for his extra time to do it. Amazing company with great people!

I enjoyed having your person out to see about fixing our garage door. He checked the area, gave me a few quotes for fixing the problem and was ready to start as soon as he finished his quotes. My wife wasn’t here, and she has had a horrible week, and she refused to talk about problems, even though she knew about the garage door and a general idea of the money.
