I called 3 companies and yours was the first to answer the phone. A technician was sent out the very day I called. Clayton showed me the problem and offered options for fixing it. He was very professional and personable. I had a coupon that claimed free estimates, but there was a rather high service fee, so I didn’t feel as free as I had wanted to get quotes before deciding on the course of action. Clayton was great, but I won’t hire a company again that doesn’t give free estimates.

Precision Garage Door just finished repairing my garage door. The spring broke on a Sunday no doubt. I pulled them up on their website and filled in my request. Easy and scheduled a Monday repair. They called me a couple hours later and said they could do it today. Replaced the springs, shaft bracket and rollers in about 2 hours. Service person was courteous, provided me quote and made it look easy. Second time I’ve used Precision and both times they were great. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Precision after we had a package delivery driver strike our door with their vehicle. I see the Precision Door Service commercials on TV all the time, and they are located close to my house. Elliot S was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he offered a range of options to help with our issue. We chose to do minor repairs now to fix the door seal while awaiting a response from the other party on the actual damage to the door. Elliot did a great job on the seal as well as tuning up our door to make it run smoothly and quietly.

Five stars for Precision Garage Door. Our old garage door motor was shot and finally gave out after years of use. I called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to send Shaun on my schedule. Shaun was very professional, efficient, and walked me through my options and made sure I was getting the product that I felt I needed. They installed a new motor, at a reasonable price! A much better motor and extremely quiet. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

We had used another garage door service company for 16 years but this time decided to trust Precision. Tyler was our technician. After troubleshooting, he discovered a broken gear and showed it to us (replacement part no longer available). We would need a new opener. He presented us with 3 options, clearly describing the features and cost for each. Tyler was prompt to arrive, courteous, knowledgeable, and a good worker. In about an hour he took down the failed opener and installed a new Genie Belt Drive model we had selected. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services and Tyler in particular.

He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what was going on, then showed me and thoroughly explained, what was causing the issues. He presented me with multiple options for replacing the opener and repairing the door. It was a big job, but Drew was great, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
