I was told earlier by 2 other Garage Door companies that my 30 year old wooden garage doors need to be replaced. The main door would only open ten inches and then go back down. You guys replaced some hardware ( Springs ,Rollers ,Pulleys and Cables) and now it works better and quieter than it has in 7 years. He had our garage door operational in less than 90 minutes. There were no surprise charges. He was very professional and respectful of our property. We will definitely use Precision Garage again.

Recommended from a co-worker. My garage door spring broke on July 2nd, and I called several companies, including the company that did the last service, and the original installer as well. I even called the emergency hot line for them. They did not return my calls. The garage door was stuck and my wife's car was inside. Precision called me back in a very short time. The service technician was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. They had no openings on the 3rd, but came July 4th in the morning! They did the whole service, replacing springs and several other worn out components that the previous service companies had ignored. He finished in a couple of hours and the work was excellent and fairly priced. Highly recommend Precision!!

I called 3 companies and yours was the first to answer the phone. A technician was sent out the very day I called. Clayton showed me the problem and offered options for fixing it. He was very professional and personable. I had a coupon that claimed free estimates, but there was a rather high service fee, so I didn’t feel as free as I had wanted to get quotes before deciding on the course of action. Clayton was great, but I won’t hire a company again that doesn’t give free estimates.
