I called because of your commercials. Got a nice text beforehand with Josh’s info. Josh was awesome. Super nice guy. He explained the issues and all of my options. Installed a new opener, remote and exterior key pad. Programmed everything and explained that process very well. After the work was completed, he cleaned up everything. I’m super impressed that Precision was able to come out so quickly and the install was also quicker than I thought. Will be calling Precision again for any possible future issues (my other opener is old as well). 5 stars!

Other than a broken spring back in 2013, our garage door opener was not a problem for 20 years until a couple days ago. At that time there appeared to be a sensor problem. Cole P arrived very early in the appointment window. He was friendly and personable and spent about 20min assessing our whole system. He showed me the control board showing significant wear and we decided to replace the opener, sensors and springs after fully reviewing our options. Work was done efficiently and we now have peace of mind as we enter the winter.

I had a problem with my garage door late on Thursday evening (Nov 21). I called first thing Friday morning and was given an appointment for the same day. Matt came to my home and diagnosed the problem. He did not push me to buy a new opener. He explained the problem and we discussed the problem in the context of my opener being 24 years old. I did purchase a new opener. He had it on the truck and spent 2.5 hours installing it, new sensors, and a new wall mount control. He programmed the remote and tried to program my car’s integrated garage door opening feature but unfortunately the opener and vehicle remote did not synchronize. He was professional and very personable. I will use Precision again for sure. Prices were reasonable.

Eric G did an excellent job when updating/replacing our springs, rollers and repairing our bottom weather strip on our garage door. My door went off the rails while closing. It happened at 3:00 p.m. the day before the expected snow storm. I got online and booked the last appointment from 4 to 6 p.m that day! Lucky me. Jeff, my technician, was here by 5:00 p.m. He was kind, courteous and had all the right parts on his truck to complete the repairs. By 7:30 p.m. the door was repaired with new parts plus two new springs which I insisted he install, even though the door could have been repaired without them. My garage door works smoothly and quietly and looks brand new. It had been 5 years since my last gararge door tune up and my door was first installed in 1965!
