I called Precision when the spring on my garage door broke. My appointment was quickly made for the next day. Mike showed up and was able to assess my issues and make repairs right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained his recommendations and process to I have used Precision to install my garage doors and will continue to call them when necessary. Mike is a great technician.

For over 14 years I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. The people are great and professional. They are the only company I would consider for garage door service or installation. Today Orland was at my house to correct an intermittent problem closing my garage door. Previously tried to fix the problem, but it returned the next day. He analyzed the potential causes and adjusted the springs, lubricated the doors rollers, adjusted the trip light and reset the circuit board. I called Precision to replace the seal under our garage door. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. She said a tech would be there that same afternoon between 12 and 2. Austin showed up at 12:01! After replacing the seal, Austin inspected our garage door and advised the cables and springs had limited life. Precision replaced many parts in 2011. After showing me the situation, I decided to go ahead with repairs as we are planning to sell our home in the near future. Austin was very professional, worked hard to install the parts, and has a can do attitude. I would highly recommend Precision Door to those in need.
