I called Precision to replace the seal under our garage door. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. She said a tech would be there that same afternoon between 12 and 2. Austin showed up at 12:01! After replacing the seal, Austin inspected our garage door and advised the cables and springs had limited life. Precision replaced many parts in 2011. After showing me the situation, I decided to go ahead with repairs as we are planning to sell our home in the near future. Austin was very professional, worked hard to install the parts, and has a can do attitude. I would highly recommend Precision Door to those in need.

Excellent customer service, prompt, punctual, great prices, and very professional. Eric G came out to the house and made sure I had the right equipment to fit my needs and Jimmy R completed my install that looks flawless. I called for service on our residential garage door opener at almost 5 PM yesterday. They had someone out to fix it at 8:30. It’s a very old system and Dakota explained our options and we decided to go with a brand new even better quality, genie opener. Very pleased with your quick response Bill

Eric G. was great to work with! He was very helpful in understanding what was wrong and what needed to be done. He explained and walked through everything with me and then was patient enough to do the same with my husband over the phone. Finding out we needed more than just a spring, alot more, wasn't fun, but Eric made sure we got what we needed in a timely manner and that we understood all of the items we were getting and how to use them. Would definitely recommend! Was a very great experience.

I used them before for an issue they were prompt and did good work so I called again for my current issue. This time the same result and the issue was fixed in a couple of hours. The technician, Mike, was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and presented the estimate then proceeded to do the work. When finished he made sure it worked and made final adjustments. Good work and the door works like new.
